Clearly Scottish Tourist Guides are taking the Cruise Industry seriously as the Tourist Guides of the Orkney Islands and the Shetland Isles already completed Cruise Guide Training with the Trainer Viola Lier.
The last Cruise Guide Training took place in Tallin just prior to the WFTGA Conference in January 2011, whereby several Tourist Guides from all over the world participated in one of two sessions executed in English and in German by Lead Trainers Jenny Oulton, Peter Wagner and Viola Lier.
Cruise Guide Training is the creative work of Progress International in Cyprus (a leading Cruise Industry Training and Consultation Company) and is accredited by the WFTGA. It is the most recognized source of Cruise Industry Training for Tourist Guides the world over and considered to be a credible international standard.

Would be grateful if someone could ammend the location as Stirling (with an I) rather than Sterling (which is a currency or furniture shop).
